The Brief

In 2019, we were tasked with developing a social video strategy targeting YouTube and Facebook for Melbourne-based Production Company, WTFN’s Bondi Vet brand. The goal was to develop a new revenue stream for the Bondi Vet brand using 8 seasons of existing content while growing its online audience across multiple platforms.

The Results

Over the course of 3 years, we were able to grow Bondi Vet’s YouTube channel from 30k subscribers to over 870k by December 2021. On Facebook, we grew the following from 100k in 2019 to over 1m followers by December 2021.

We tailored our content strategy for each platform with full episodes and compilations making up the bulk of over 799 video uploads on YouTube between 2019 and 2021 and 619 short, viral clips uploaded to Facebook.

Ultimately, we were successful in making the Bondi Vet brand one of the top Media & Entertainment brands in the Animals & Pets category across YouTube and Facebook.
