Mark is an experienced Digital CEO with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries, transforming companies with innovative digital strategies to move them forward in the complex contemporary landscapes of online video, music and digital publishing.
Mark’s expertise includes:

Matt is our YouTube movie guru, an expert on the platform’s inner workings and all the important stuff – audience growth, rights management, monetisation. And he’s built some of its biggest movie and TV channels. Matt developed his skills and smarts over more than a decade working on the frontline of content management and digital media, acquisition and distribution of premium content.
Hannah has a strong background in linear television and has recently transitioned to digital and AVOD content creation, particularly for platforms like YouTube and social media. Hannah currently spearheads Production and Unscripted Content at VA Media Network, where she has developed a deep understanding of the global video and social media landscape.
Amrita manages the VA Media Network of channels and brings over 10 years of extensive experience in digital audience development, specialising in YouTube, optimising backend operations for seamless performance, facilitating VA Media’s audience expansion and operational efficiency through data and analytics.
A seasoned marketing leader with over 12 years of experience across a multitude of media platforms, leveraging her expertise in digital, publishing, BVOD, and social media to forge strategic partnerships and elevate VA Media’s brands to their target audiences through innovative campaigns.
A certified practising accountant and financial leader at VA Media. He has been with the company from the beginning, expertly managing everything finance and developing robust client reporting practices which has set the benchmark for YouTube reporting today.
Melissa Fletcher-Young, our digital asset wizard, expertly manages and organises content with precision and creativity. Her attention to detail and efficiency ensures every asset is handled flawlessly, delivering top-quality results.
Kristen leads content partnerships at VA Media for North America, overseeing monetisation, acquiring new partners, and heading up corporate comms in this territory. Previously, she founded SideHussle Life to boost diversity in independent film and TV. She’s worked at Vision Films, Starz, and Lionsgate in distribution and marketing roles, launching shows like Black Sails and Power.
